At Createve PH, we carefully prepare each order with love and purpose. Because many of our products support charity initiatives, we encourage mindful purchasing. However, we are here to help if there are issues with your order.

📦 Returns (Physical Products)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item was received damaged

• The wrong item was delivered

• The item has a manufacturing defect

To qualify:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

• Include your order number

Items must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Used items

• Personalized or custom-made products

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

📥 Digital Products

All digital product purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable files.
